Celtic Creed

To pay homage to her roots, Havlan decided to create a quilt celebrating her Irish heritage using the very symbolic celtic cross. Created by both the celts and anglo saxon, these "high crosses" could reach 16 feet. Carved from stone and highly painted with natural pigments, the crosses date back to the early 8th century and maybe earlier.
