Harvey makes miniature quilts on a regular basis, basically to try out designs already in her head to see how they work. This one stated her venture into using two colors of silk fabric and appliqueing them together. It is a very simple design, and she has used fabric paints to accentuate the flowers, leaves, and feathers.
